Olocau is a town of great musical tradition. The Agrupación Musical de La Medolia is the heir to more than a century of tradition, since the formation of the Sociedad Unión Musical in 1909.

As a result of this trajectory, two important musical events are currently being held in the municipality.

For more than 20 years, Saturdays in July have been nights of classical music. In the courtyard of the Casa de la Senyoria, with one of the most important architectural heritage of Olocau as a stage, is held the International Concert Series of classical music, which in 2022 has celebrated its XXII edition. It is an exceptional musical event that brings to Olocau a selection of international artists that will make you enjoy culture, music and summer nights.

The year 2013 saw the beginning of the Festival en Viu. World Music Festival , this event was born with the aim of expanding the musical offerings of Olocau and has already become a festival awaited by all. On Fridays in July the public enjoys every year of various musical proposals, creating a family atmosphere to enjoy the music.
